3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be 13 years or older to use the service
• One account per person

4. Event Creation & Management

• You are responsible for the content of events you create
• Events must comply with applicable laws
• You may not use the platform for illegal activities
• We may remove events that violate our policies

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Create spam events or send unsolicited invitations
• Harass or abuse other users
• Impersonate others
• Use the platform for commercial solicitation without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access

6. Subscription & Billing

• Free tier available with core features
• Premium plans billed monthly or annually
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Refunds available within 14 days of purchase

7. Limitation of Liability

The Social Scheduler is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform or attendance at events organized through it.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your events and data will be deleted.
